Our Commitment
We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Wife, Mom of Three & Me. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Because our candles, melts, and other flameless products are handmade, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for safety and hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wifemomofthreeme.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or offer store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom or personalized orders (such as sampler fragrance selections).

Gift cards.

Sale items.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@wifemomofthreeme.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
